Welcome to the low fat recipes page, the second recipe page in my new recipe collection! I’m sure the list will grow over time and more and more pages will be added. I seem to have an issue with chocolate and cake which isn’t helping my waistline so you will find me making lots of healthy and low fat meals to compensate for my sweet tooth!
Here you will find lots of delicious, healthy and wholesome recipes for all of the family to enjoy that are easy to make and easy on your waist line. I will also be sharing lots of other recipes for light bites, low fat meals for any occasion and light and healthy snacks.
Although I am a stay at home mum I still find my time to be limited so always try to create recipes and meal ideas that are as quick and easy to make as possible, then you have more time to enjoy eating!
As I’m a vegetarian you will probably notice that most of my recipes are meat free or use a meat alternative; you could very easily switch the soya product for meat of you preferred.
